P2P & VIP

P2P & VIP

The P2P function within the app is now up and running again. As our chat moderators have informed you on multiple occasions, the function has been temporarily inactive due to several instances of fraudulent users exploiting the system for their own advantage and scamming innocent Remint users. To counter this issue, the Remint team has implemented a reduction in the maximum amount that users can transfer to each other, reducing it from 1,000 coins to 100 coins. This measure aims to enhance security and minimize the impact by 10x on innocent users in case of any scam attempts.

However, we urge caution to those who engage in coin transfers. While we want to continue providing the P2P function for the convenience and benefit of our users, it is essential to be vigilant and exercise caution during transactions to avoid falling victim to potential scams.

Additionally, we would like to update you on the status of the VIP subscription. We have taken the necessary steps and submitted the required information to Google. We are currently awaiting a response from them to resolve the VIP problem some users are facing, which should be resolved very soon. Rest assured, once the issue is resolved, we will promptly inform all users about this.
