Beware of scammers!

Beware of scammers!

Recently, there have been reports concerning fraudulent activities on various places on the internet (social media in particular). Prevalent among deceitful methods used by the fraudsters is to claim to be from the Remint team and impersonate us in pursuit of deceiving people to send currencies in various forms, e.g., BTC and ETH, as well as Remint coins.

There is nothing new under the sun. We have encountered this numerous times in the past, and it will unfortunately never disappear. There will always be dishonest people whose agenda is to manipulate others into believing they will gain substantial monetary value by following certain directives provided by the fraudsters, totally unaware of the outcome.

As the Remint core team, we feel that we are morally obliged to inform our community of these suspicious activities, even due we take no responsibility if such a case, i.e., a fraudulent event, becomes a fact. We sincerely hope for this message to be impactful and that it will serve as a safety measure to prevent community members from being defrauded one way or another.

Our team will not encourage users to send any form of fiat money/crypto to any wallet before the ICO (which we will inform of when time matures). Please note that if you are hesitant about whether it is the original team or fraudsters on the other side of the screen, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at info@remintapp.com for confirmation. Stay safe!
